OUR TRAINING PROGRAM





LOAD
Load is where we build strength. This class focuses on intentional, progressive strength work that improves how you move, lifts your capacity, and supports all other areas of your training.
ZONE
Zone develops your engine. Through aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, you’ll improve endurance, heart rate control, and mental toughness whether you’re training for life or competition.
HYBRID
Hybrid is the blend. It fuses strength, conditioning, and functional movement into sessions that challenge the body across multiple systems, a true test of fitness under fatigue.
BOX
Box brings the fire. It’s all about explosive conditioning, coordination, and letting off steam through boxing-based drills. It’s high effort, high energy, and a mental reset in disguise.
SQUAD
Squad is to connect with your community. It is a metabolic conditioning session built around group formats and partner work. Squad brings the hype, the hustle, and a solid dose of feel-good fitness

PAPAMOA FACILITY
We run over 30 sessions a week across five core formats: Load, Zone, Hybrid, Box and Squad.
We welcome members to bring babies, children and fur-babies to any class, It's part of what makes our community feel real, supportive and accessible for everyone.
Within the facility, you'll also find self-service Reformer Pilates and a Sauna, two tools that support how you train, recover and keep your body performing it's best.

KIDS ZONE
Kids are always welcome, in the allocated kids zone or in their pram - bring them along to any class!
